Earlier this week I had the joy to visit the Warner Bros. Studio Harry Potter tour in London. It was so wonderful to see all the small details and design work that went into making the iconic films based on J.K Rowling's classic books.

This piece of artwork is in loving memory of my Nan. She was a remarkable and wonderful woman who lived a life full of grace, her love of dancing, flower arranging and fairies has been of great influence on my life and artwork. She was ever supportive of my work, so i'd like to continue to paint, illustrate and make stories that would make her proud.
This illustration is also inspired by a poem my Nan chose for her funeral. It is by Henry Van Dyke and is called 'Gone from my Sight'
